Marvel states that they will explain how Magneto is found in the X-men’s ranks. What the Ninja wants explained is the drop in cover price to $2.99. Is this a typo, is this permanent, has Marvel finally given in to DC’s “Hold the line at $2.99″ campaign!? This is great news no matter what the reason.
